Frequently Asked Questions

What is the turnaround time?

Our printing times vary by how busy we are at any given time. Our average turnaround time is 1-3 weeks. If you need your items faster or have a rush job, please reach out to us at brandon.pierce@undefeatedprints.com or check our contact us page for more information. Additional fees may be associated with any rush orders.

What is a vector file?

A vector file is a type of image file that uses mathematical formulas to create points on a grid to represent an image. Common file types are PDFs (.pdf), SVGs (.svg), CorelDRAW (.cdr), Adobe Illustrator (.ai), and EPSs (.eps). Note: not all PDFs are vector; a special program is needed to take a file and turn it into a vector. Our design program will do that for you when you upload your images.

What is a raster file?

Raster files are images made with pixels. Common file types are JPEGs (.jpg), PNGs (.png), and Bitmaps (.bmp). Using these types of files may produce a lower quality of print with some distortion. We recommend using vector files whenever possible to get the cleanest print imaginable.

Can I return my products?

All items are printed as shown, and all sales are final. If you have a concern with your products, please feel free to reach out to brandon.pierce@undefeatedprints.com within 30 business days of receiving your order. If we determine a mistake was made on our part, we will resolve the issue to the best of our abilities.

What is the max printing size?

We have larger printing options available by request. If you are ordering both youth and adult garments the max printing size will be restricted to the youth sizing.

  • Adult Garments: Width (14”) Height (16”)

  • Youth Garments: Width (10.5”) Height (13”)

  • Ask us about jumbo print sizes!
